"Proteomics Pipeline" is a course designed for individuals who have a basic understanding of molecular biology and are interested in learning about the computational techniques used in proteomics. Coursework - Introduction to X-ray Crystallography and Proteomics wet lab. - Database handling and file formats used in proteomics. - Variant analysis on the basis of ∆G and Thermodynamics. - Structural basis of proteomics - C-alpha analysis, disulphide, salt bridge and polar bonds. - Structural proteomics- Average Surface Accessibility (ASA) analysis and its role in protein structure. - Introduction to Pattern recognition in Proteomics data.
